The main body is in flat structure and the heel is the rubber buffer unit. The motor is in the coupled type,the upper cover is in a closed large flip-flat structure, fitted on top with feed inlet, washing unit, porthole, and lamp holder, able to achieve online cleaning, with clean and sanitary overall main-body structure, adaptable for standards on certification equipments of GMP enterprises. The coupled motor has replaced the driving form by clutch belt pulley, able for adopting coupled double-speed motor or frequency converter operation, with production site free from contaminants and dusts, suitable for aseptic, explosion-proof, and airtight occasions. This machine has not only combined the main-body structure of traditional tripod centrifuge, but also adopted the stable flat main-body structure, able to be made into filtration centrifuge and sedimentation centrifuge, typical of stale performance, good running status, as well as easy operation and maintenance.
Operating Principle
Material enters inside the bowl through feed inlet, and the bowl rotates. Under the gravity function of the centrifugal force field,the solids of large density are thrown into the inner wall of the bowl and settle there, while the liquid phase of small density is extracted out through liquid skimming apparatus to form into the clarified liquid, to be skimmed out of the external part of the bowl.
