Description:
EKPCE801 is a new generation superplasticizer based on modified Polycarboxylic ether. It provides maximal water reduction, increased early strength, and improved finishing characteristics. EKPCE801 does not contain formaldehyde, calcium chloride or any other intentionally added chlorides and will not initiate or promote the corrosion of steel in the concrete.
Features and Benefits:
High range water reduction: low dosage for water reduction from 15 to 30%, and 45% water reduction with high dosage rates.High Plasticity: The superplasticizing action of EKPCE801 provides high-slump, flowing concrete that maintains excellent workability and may be placed with minimal vibration even at very low water cement ratio’s as low as 0.25.High compressive strengths: Increases the compressive strengths of concrete by 50-120% at the age of 3 days, 80% at the age of 28 days and 30-50% at the age of 90 days.High durability: Effectively improves the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of the concrete. Lower drying shrinkage of the concrete by 20% or more compared to naphthalene-based admixture.High compatibility: Compatible with a far greater range of cement types and mineral admixtures. Particularly fit for the preparation of high durability concrete and self-compacting concrete with fly ash and ground slag.Excellent concrete appearance: Improves surface appearance of concrete obviously.Dosage: The addition rate of EKPCE801 is normally 0.5~0.7% by weight of cementitious materials, and can be increased up to 0.9% if more water reduction or slump retention is required.Packaging:
